In Scout efforts to continually improve Scout product and service offerings, Scout collects and analyzes demographic and profile data about

Scout users’ activity with Scout™ Product Suite. Scout identifies and uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with Scout server, and to administer Scout web based services. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. Scout will occasionally ask you to complete optional online surveys. These surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic

information. Scout will not share your profile information with any other organization to let them use it for marketing purposes.

Why are we accessing user details, location, and camera?


We are capturing the User Data/Location/ for passenger safety purposes, during the journey, In case If anything goes wrong Passenger can raise the SOS to the admin

team, So they can Identify the passenger location, In short, the actual scenario will be when user rise SOS then our app starts capture location, audio recording as well video recording and send that users data to his transport management team so they can understand what is actual cause during users journey and accordingly provide help.

This is the main core functionality of our Scout application.


Sharing of Personal Information


Scout may share personal information with other corporate entities and affiliates to help detect and prevent identity theft, fraud and other potentially illegal acts, correlate related or multiple accounts to prevent abuse of Scout services, and to facilitate joint or

co-branded services that you request where such services are provided by more than one corporate entity.

Lithium Urban Technology Pvt. Ltd. its affiliates will share some or all of your personal information with another business entity should Scout (or Scout assets) plan to merge with, or be acquired by that business entity. Should such a transaction occur, another

business entity (or the new combined entity) will be required to follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information.


Scout™ Product Suite may link to other websites or applications that may collect personally identifiable information about you. Scout is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked websites.


Disclosures and Consents


Scout recommends unlimited data and messaging plans in connection with your use of the Scout Services. For some services, Scout requires the use of email and/or SMS text messages and/or IVR messaging. Depending on your mobile phone plan, standard data

and messaging charges may apply. Scout collects, maintains and uses your personal information and the geographic location of your mobile phone to provide the Scout

Services. By using the Scout Services, you consent to (a) the use of your mobile phone’s location to provide the Scout Services, including the use or diScouty of such information to your employer or law enforcement agencies, (b) receive text messages and emails from Scout.

Your Personal Information is protected in several ways. Access by you to your personal information is available only with a user ID and password. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your personal information resides on a secure server that only selected Scout personnel and contractors and your Employer have access to via password.


Scout wherever possible and applicable encrypts your Personal Information and thereby strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to Scout.


Although Scout uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to protect your User Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that we receive on your behalf through your use of the Scout
